3-year warranty
Three-year warranty on all subtel batteries – instead of the statutory warranty. Overview of terms and conditions.
Claiming the warranty
subtel.de offers a three-year warranty on all products in accordance with the following terms and conditions, without affecting the consumer’s statutory rights. As a consumer, you may choose whether to claim your rights under these warranty terms or to exercise your statutory rights. The warranty is valid for three years from the date of delivery of the goods.
If you wish to make a claim under the warranty, you must first return the product to us. You are responsible for the initial return postage costs. If, following our inspection, it is determined that the warranty applies, we will refund the postage costs – based on the cheapest available delivery option – via bank transfer. Please provide a SWIFT and an IBAN code for the refund.
Where to return your goods
Please send the item to:
subtel GmbH
Plauener Str. 163-165
Haus E
13053 Berlin
Germany
Please ensure you clearly indicate that you are making a warranty claim. Include a copy of the receipt with your return. We cannot process your warranty claim without a receipt, as this is required to verify the start date of the warranty.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty covers the product characteristics described in the item. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or issues beyond our control are excluded from the warranty.
The three-year warranty does not apply if defects arise from incorrect or improper use, insufficient care or mishandling. We also exclude defects or damage caused by failure to follow the instructions.
Replacement products
If you receive a replacement product, the warranty period is not extended by a further three years. Instead, the remaining warranty period applies to the replacement product, which remains fully covered by the warranty for any defects.
Should the specific product no longer be available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar product.
Liability
Our liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
