Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This extended withdrawal period is provided voluntarily by subtel GmbH and exceeds the 14-day minimum required under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may do so by any of the following methods:
- Sending a letter by post to the address below
- Sending an email to info@subtel.de
- Returning the goods directly (provided you do so within the withdrawal period)
You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory.

Withdrawal Period
The 30-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. Where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to dispatch the goods, before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence of having sent the goods back. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
Return Shipping Costs
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by use that goes beyond such inspection.
Legal Basis
This right of withdrawal is granted in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into applicable national law. The 30-day withdrawal period offered by subtel GmbH exceeds the statutory minimum of 14 days and is provided as a voluntary extension for your benefit.
